We are due our eighth AGM. This will take place at the Royal College of Surgeons
Venue: The AGM will be held in Committee Rooms 1 & 2 on the ground floor of the College
Date: Thursday 5th June 2014
Time: 6.00pm start.
After the AGM there will be a short talk given by Peter Dodge on the very interesting subject of Lord Mansfield, a resident of Lincoln’s Inn Fields
Enclosed with this letter you will find the Agenda
Our constitution requires a number of other things. At the AGM we will be electing officers and committee members therefore this letter is calling for nominations. These must be made in writing, and sent to the Secretary at the address below, not less than 3 days before the AGM. They need to be supported by the signature of two other members.
Also any resolutions may be proposed and I need to receive these beforehand, though of course no additional signatures are required.
