Road closure Remnant Street and Lincoln’s Inn Fields between Remnant Street and Sardinia Street 15-16 June 2013

A big crane is coming in to dismantle, at last the site offices for the Africa House project on Gate Street.  The West side of the Fields will be closed over the weekend 15-16 June with no access from Remnant Street.  Access will have to be via Sardinia Street and the Chancery Lane system.

Tweed invasion

 The Fields were invaded by a hundred or so tweed-wearers on bicycles today from the London Tweed Run.  It was all quite surreal with penny-farthings a plenty.

Hedges and masterplan
